Chinese Representation Agreement (Tendering) (C115)

本协议适用于一个地区的公司在另一个地区指定一家公司或个人为代表人，获得和转递投标邀请，收取一定的费用。并期望联合投标。

本协议中代表人的工作主要集中在给客户提供有关投标的信息。如果中标，代表人也许可以成为地方代理人，甚至可以成为合作伙伴。
