At ContractStore we supply ready-made contract templates. The concept allows our customers to reduce their legal costs by obtaining quality documents that can be used to protect their commercial interests.
Founded in 2002 by Giles Dixon, a city solicitor with wide international experience and a desire to make quality legal protection more widely available, he conceived the idea of writing standard document templates and making them available around the world over the internet.
Today, ContractStore serves a global customer base, mainly consisting of small and medium sized companies including start-ups. Our templates have also been bought by law firms, local and central government departments.
Our Team
Supported by a team including lawyers in the US, Russia, China, India as well as the UK, plus administration and website professionals, our catalogue includes over 250 contracts. There are documents for employment, property, construction, international commerce; some are dual language – Chinese-English and Russian -English and we have documents for use under the English, US and Indian legal systems.

- Self-Build Zone, a company that provides 10 year warranty insurance for people who build their own homes. We worked with SBZ to develop a suite of contracts for self- builders and smaller-scale developers and a free Guide on home building.
- Artquest, part of London University of the Arts for whom we produced some contract templates for artists
