Who can use this Licence?

You can use  this licence agreement if you are  the owner of a building or other structure and want to allow some advertising at the building in return for a fee.

The licence covers the fee, duration of the licence and the arrangements for the licensee to get access to erect advertisements and other details.

The right is granted by way of a licence for a fixed term and it can then be renewed by the parties from month to month.

What detailed terms does the agreement contain?

In five pages, the agreement sets out

  • definitions and interpretation
  • the grant of the licence
  • continuation of the licence after the licence period
  • licensee’s obligations
  • owner’s obligations
  • termination
  • a miscellaneous clause detailing tenancy, fixtures, liability and third party rights

A schedule is included, allowing parties to detail affixing methods, boards and the display site.
