This software licence agreement is for use where software and documentation regarding the installation of the software are licensed by a supplier to a customer.  There are 20 clauses covering the grant of the licence on a non-exclusive basis, licence fees and payment, intellectual property rights, warranties and indemnities, limitation of liability of the supplier, etc.
