Partners - individuals who set up a business together as co-owners - need a written partnership agreement. This sets out the percentage shares of ownership and of profits & losses, management structure, decision-making procedures and voting rights as well as how to resolve disputes, plus the retirement of outgoing partners. We have three forms, the choice depending on the sie of the partnership - A148 for 2 partners, A149 for 3 partners and A150 for four or more.

There is aso an agreement for partners who set up a limitied liability partnership or LLP, plus a joint venture agreement.
