ContractStore Publishes New Contracts for Sale

ContractStore has today published three new contracts for sale on its website: -a Data Provider Agreement (A194) for use where a company engages someone to supply data - designs, drawings,documents or technical information - for sale on the company's website in return for royalties on the sales -a Gallery Owner-Artist Agreement (A195) where an Art Gallery wants to exhibit the works of an artist in the Gallery in return for commission on sales -a Deed of Adherence (A193) for use where someone buys shares in a company and agrees to become a party to a shareholders agreement that has already been signed by the existing shareholders. ContractStore is constantly increasing and updating its catalogue and the mixture of subjects in the latest release of documents is just a small example of the range of topics covered.
