| Licences
If you are supplying software or media products, or are manufacturing goods, you can expand your business by licensing your product to another company. These documents are sutiable for forming the terms of the licence agreement between the parties. Before entering into a licencing agreement, it is also a good idea to sign a Confidentiality Agreement or a Non-Disclosure Agreement. This is particularly the case if you are entering into negotiations with a company to manufacture a product you have developed. |
