| Be Collaborative Construction Contract
The Be Collaborative Contract was published in September 2003. Until recently it was available to buy online through ContractStore. A new version of the Be Contract, entitled the JCT - Constructing Excellence Contract, was published by the JCT (Joint Contracts Tribunal) in December 2006 and as it has effectively both updated and replaced its predecessor, the Be CC has now been withdrawn from circulation. The JCT- Constructing Excellence Contract can be obtained from the JCT and their selected stockists.
