This contract of employment is compatible with Chinese Employment law in July 2008. There are no detailed explanatory notes but the contents are reasonably self-explanatory and follow a pattern that is similar to employment contracts in other countries.

As will be seen, there are many details to be inserted which, of course, will depend upon the nature of the employee's job, salary etc.
