ContractStore, through our contacts with lawyers in the UK and elsewhere in the world, can arrange for you to receive legal advice.

The services include:

1.   Advice on completing a contract purchased from ContractStore in order to meet your particular requirements.  There is a minimum fee of £50 for this service and a firm quotation will be given on request.  Depending on the nature of the advice required, this will be given either on the phone or by email.

2.   Preparation of a contract template that is not already available for purchase on our website.  A fixed price will be quoted, usually within the range £100 to £200.

3.   A tailored commercial contract preparation service.  This is only available in the UK and for a limited number of contracts.

4.   Advice of a general nature on commercial or construction law in the UK or elsewhere.  We have a register of lawyers who are known to us in a variety of jurisdictions around the World. Please see the Lawyers' List for the countries where we have our principal contacts.  If you require details of a lawyer in one of those countries, just let us know the type of advice required. We will give you details of the lawyers upon request.   There is no fee for this service.
